تأسست شركة كرييتف وورلد في عام 2008م لتصبح أحد الشركات المنافسة والمتألقة في اليمن في كافة المجالات الفنيه والتقنيه وحرصاً منها للحفاظ على نظافة ونقأوة المياه فقد تم فتح قسم خاص بالمياه متعلق بكافة مجالات المياه ووفق المواصفات العالمية ومواكبة التطور.

The maintenance department will provide it's services in the following branches :

1. Water desalination plants:

The maintenance department provides the installation services for all types of water desalination plants and their various sizes and connection ensuring the safety of it's electrical supply and checking it's technical efficiency, as well as carrying out periodically and emergency maintenance.

1. محطات تحلية المياة :

يقدم قسم الصيانة خدمات التركيب لمحطات تحلية المياة بكافة انواعها ومختلف احجامها ,وربطها والتاكد من سلامة امدادها كهربائيا وفحصها فعاليتها التقنية كما اجراء اعمال الصيانة الدورية او الطارئة للاعطال .

2. Solar energy systems :

The maintenance department provides the following services :
• Preparation of a technical study for facility by calculateing the needs of electric power at the lowest cost and best possible quality.
• Installation of solar energy systems for desalination plants (laboratories, medical facilities) according to high technical standards.
• Examine solar energy systems and ensure their safety and provide periodically or emergency maintenance services.
• Finding solutions and alternatives at the lowest possible cost and quality.

2. منظومات الطاقة الشمسية:

يقدم قسم الصيانة الخدمات التالية :-
* عمل دراسة فنية للمنشأه وذلك لحساب احتياجها من الطاقة الكهربائية باقل تكاليف وافضل جودة ممكنة .
* تركيب منظومات الطاقة الشمسية لمحطات التحلية - المختبرات منشأت طبية ..الخ , بحسب معايير فنية وتقنية ممتازة .

3. Laboratories :

The maintenance department provides installation, inspection and maintenance services for laboratory equipment for all facilities (industrial, medical and educational) and finding solutions and alternatives to recurring problems at the lowest cost and the best possible quality.

يقدم قسم الصيانة خدمات تركيب وفحص وصيانة دورية / طارئة , للاجهزة والمعدات الخاصة بالمختبرات والمعامل لجميع المنشأت ( صناعية - طبية - تعليمية ) , وايجاد حلول وبدائل للاشكاليات المتكررة الحدوث , باقل التكاليف وافضل جودة ممكنة .

Operation and maintenance works

• Up start :
This service often provided after installation of new equipments.
This service includes for example PLC programming, operator training, equipments performance evaluation, equipments testing, water quality, installation of filtration medium and other mediums.

• Repair:
This service helps to diagnose faults and give a comprehensive solution to the problems in the plant by identifying and evaluating the problem, then the repair or replacement.

• Changing the filtration medium or ion exchange mediums:
The company supplies the mediums for sand filters and carbon filters, as well as removing the old mediums and the necessary equipments and technicians specialized and the mobilization of new mediums.

غالبا ما يتم تقديم هذه الخدمه بعد تركيب معدات جديده و تتضمن هذه الخدمه على سبيل المثال - أعمال برمجة PLC -أعمال تدريب المشغلين - تقييم أداء المعدات - ألأختبارات على المعدات و جودة المياه المنتجه - تركيب الوسط الترشيحى أو أى وسائط أخرى الأصلاح : تساعد هذه الخدمه على تشخيص الأعطال و أعطاء حل شامل للمشكلات الموجوده بالمحطه من خلال تحديد المشكله و تقييمها و بعد ذلك يتم الأصلاح أو الأستبدال أعمال تغيير الوسط الترشيحى أو وسائط المبادلات الأيونيه : تقوم الشلركه بالتوريد الوسائط الخاصه بالفلاتر الرمليه - الفلاتر الكربونيه - Softeners - demineralizers و كذلك ازالة الوسائط القديمه و ما يستلزمه من معدات و فنيين متخصصين و تعبئة الوسائط الجديده.

* الصيانه الوقائيه : تساعد تلك الخدمه فى تلافى المشكلات التى ينتج عنها توقف المحطه عن طريق وضع جدول صيانه منتظم للمحطه يتم عمله بصفه دوريه لتدارك المشكلات قبل وقوعها و تكون من خلال عقد سنوى أو نصف أو ربع سنوى أو زياره دوريه يتم تحديدها طبقا لطبيعة المحطه و تقوم الشركه بهذه الخدمه للمحطات الخاصه بها أو أى محطه أخرى

Washing processes for desalination plants:

Creative company has extensive experience in membrane washing for industrial and commercial operations. Doing the washing process for any unit as requires regular washing of all RO systems. Where RO units allow the passage of water and dispose of dissolved materials and salts and over time the membrane can be affected by the bacterial contamination which requires the washing process. Washing is usually done twice a year. The company will assess the condition of the membranes and issue recommendations for washing and replacement. Our company through this service helps reduce operating costs and prolong the life of the membranes.

Study of the targeted water samples to be treated or analyzed is considered the main purpose on which to identify the methods of treatment and techniques to be used, and what will result of process of treatment or desalination of changes in the surrounding environment, and to address those changes and effects that may arise from the process of treatment or desalination in appropriate ways to preserve the environment and the water wealth that may be wasted. For the sake of conducting anccurate technical studies we have provided an independent professional staff with outstanding chemists and specialists in the field of environmental protection, in addition to a central labora- tory and Mobile laboratory to perform the necessary tests on site, if necessary.
